The East Nassau Community Planning Area (ENCPA) is a 24,000-acre planned development located in the center of Nassau County bordered by I-95 on the west, A1A/SR 200 on the south, Chester Road to the east and the St. Marys River to the north.  The first phase, Wildlight, will be home to the new K-5 STEM-focused Wildlight Elementary school slated to open in 2017 and numerous hotels, retail and corporate offices.
